Informed Consent
You are being invited to participate in a study examining people's perceptions of leadership ability and effectiveness. You will be asked to read a description of a hypothetical leader, followed by questions related to your perceptions of the quality of that leader. There are no risks or benefits associated with your participation in this study. This research has been approved by the Human Subjects Committee of the Institutional Review Board at Rider University, (contact person: Dr. Gary Brosvic, [email protected]). Your participation is voluntary and your responses are anonymous. You will not be asked to identify yourself on this survey.
