Data Options

Each of these data values can be turned on/off for each survey's data file.

1. Time Elapsed - include the amount of time it took each participant to complete the survey (in seconds)
2. Linking ID - a unique ID for each participant that will be the same, for a given participant, across all surveys that are linked together. This field can be used as a key field to connect a participant’s responses between surveys. Keep this field "off" to ensure that data between linked surveys cannot be linked (i.e., a Raffle Survey attached to a primary survey.
3. Respondent ID - a unique ID# assigned to each participant for every survey. When "on" this will display the Respondent ID on your "Survey Conclusion" page and include the value in your data. This data value can also be inserted into your survey for the purpose of providing each participant with an anonymous identifier for the purposes of proof of participation, dyadic research, etc.
4. IP Address - the unique "address" of the participant's computer. This value can be identifying depending on the network or ISP of the participant.
